I'm (Not) Fine

Even the cutest, happiest individual can get sad and upset...

I drew this to relieve some personal stress, as well as to address the important issue of mental health

You don't have to have depression or anxiety to have mental health problems. It could take something like a loss in the family, family conflicts, stress at home or work, or even something as simple as losing a long standing friendship to spiral yourself downhill.

Mental health awareness should not just be celebrated on one specific day (Sunday, October 10 is World Mental Health Day), it should be on a daily basis as everyone suffers from some sort of mental health issue. It should not be a stigma, nor should it be normalized or trivialized into something that doesn't or shouldn't exist even on normal people.

Talk to a loved one, or someone you can trust, or someone professional. Don't bottle yourself up until you explode and hurt both yourself and the ones around you. Take care of yourself
