The History

Planet Beasts is one of the 5 planets in its galaxy. It existed the same way the Earth and its galaxy was created, through the Big Bang Theory thingy.

No one knows exactly how the Beasties come about. There is, however, one theory: that years after the planet was created the atmosphere existed, animals from Earth that were trapped in once-in-a-blue-moon wormholes or caught in dimension clashes and cavities somehow got into this planet. They adapted and as they evolved, developed the likeness of humans. Which is why somehow, their DNA is that of the Earth’s animal and human DNA (Example is in Book 2 of the Beasties comic, which I will post some day)

In Book 5, Planet Beasts has an alliance with Earth. It was said that long, long ago (so long that you don’t even know when), Earth used to be far more advanced than today. So advanced, you won’t believe your eyes. They have the ability to channel through dimensions and so, to gain more knowledge and alliance from other dimensional planets, they formed a treaty with Planet Beasts. The relationship between these 2 planets was well until the war with Lord Kaplan which also sacrificed a number of human armies backed-up by Earth.

After the dimension clash that sucked away the Princesses’ sparks, the dimensional gate was sealed and overlapped (Planet Beasts used to be 2 dimensions away) until Earth could not reach them. The treaty was over, and the future generations of Earth misused the advanced technology until they have destroyed their own planet with everyone in it. The Earth had to restart their life and ecosystem again (which is what we are learning in history about dinosaurs and cavemen and such) before the Princesses’ sparks found its way to reincarnate in Earth.

As the theory goes, the animals in Planet Beasts evolved until they were almost human-like, before they start living in houses. They didn’t start out like us cavemen. They were pretty intelligent and discovered a material that was able to build an almost exact replica of an Earth brick house. So, in Planet Beasts, the people have already moved in to decent homes as soon as they evolved to learn how to hold a fork.

No revolution existed throughout the history of Planet Beasts (there were a few invasion attempts from other planets but nothing serious). It was progress, progress and more progress. More new materials were found to create furniture, utensils and even civilization itself. None of them came from wood. All were made by components and materials native to that planet.

They preserve as much of the environment as possible. In the early years, when the place was somewhat cleared for houses and cities, the wood cut down was kept in stores for other uses, but not for building or making things. Before solar and lunar power was discovered, they used wood for power, but only bit by bit, as in the early days, they have learned to be conservative with these things. They care much for the environment as they themselves are half-animals. So, nature-lovers, you and them are gonna be best buds!

No one was also sure how the ranking of status came about. It was said in the early days, Beasties with certain birth marks or exceptional powers were treated with respect and were categorized as special. The origin of the Beasties powers was probably from their journey through dimensions and wormholes and their adaptation to the planet. It was that respect that they came about with the ranking and the division of continents.
