The Crying Traveler
"You guys brought fish already?" Kita asked.
"Yup," Nakh and Kalana replied as they brandished their basket of freshly caught fish for the day.
"Well, the fire is ready," Rai announced. "So let's get it going then."
It was their usual nightly gathering every weekend and this time, barbecued fish was on the menu.
"We should do this more often, not just on weekends," Kalana suggested as he gave his son a piece of bread. "Invite the rest of your family with us."
"Will do," Kita replied. "If they don't live so far away and if Kyo still doesn't have such a grudge on you."
"It's fine," Nakh waved it away. "I'm used to prejudice. Looks like the fish is almost done. You made a real good fire, Rai."
"Thanks," Rai grinned. "I try."

"What are you doing out here?" Thilius asked. "Aren't you supposed to be asleep with the others?"
"Can't," Faira replied as he sipped his green tea. "Tonight is too much of good view to pass."
"It is a great full moon tonight," Thilius replied as he lit a cigarette, taking a long drag.
Moments of looking at the moon, enjoying the view, Faira spoke.
"Thili?"
"Mmhmm?"
"I love you."
Thilius smiled. He scooted over and gave a peck on Fai's face.
"I love you too."
"Not here..." Faira whispered as he felt Thilius' hands roaming around him. "People might see."
"Then we should go somewhere secluded, shouldn't we?"
The angel giggled as the demon carried him bridal style right behind the bushes.
Yes, tonight is definitely a good night.
